Green Aventurine is a type of Quartz with Fuchite inclusions that can sometimes have a shimmer effect and range in color from light green to dark green. Aventurine also occurs in yellow, blue, orange, red and brown colors.

The swirling color of abalone comes from the inner shell of a sea snail. This snail makes a nacre adding aragonite platelets to it in layers making it harder and more colorful than other types of Mother of Pearl.
