Howlite is a soft porous stone naturally white with grey veins. It is often dyed blue to simulate turquoise. It can be distinguished from turquoise by its softness and too perfect dyed coloring.
Howlite’s nickname is White Buffalo Stone or White Buffalo Turquoise. Howlite is not turquoise.
Spiritually Howlite is known for patience, calm, and emotional healing, used to reduce stress, anger, and anxiety metaphysically.
